The Over the Horizon briefing is the quarterly trends and predictions briefing from The Chief of Staff Association. It aims to share knowledge, forecasts, and news about what we think is coming "over the horizon" next.
In doing so, we equip chiefs of staff with the knowledge and tools to help prepare their principals, their organizations, and themselves for a range of global events. The briefing addresses geopolitical phenomena, trends in market forces and the 'black swan' events that can effect organisations around the world.
